We would like to congratulate three of our students for placing in the top 3 of the Marion County Young Writers Contest! Grade 1-2 First place- Malachi Allen- Mrs. Blickenstaff Third place- Irelynn Monday - Mrs. Raines Grade 3-4 First place- Rio Rohaly - Mrs. Levelle Congratulations students! We are so proud!

Kindergarten registration is due March 11th!

Jayenne families, Do not forget that Kindergarten registration packets for 2022-2023 school year need to be turned in by March 11th! Students in Preschool may return their packets to their Preschool teachers!

Congratulations to Rio Rohaly and Joey Olivito at Math Field Day today! Rio placed 2nd and Joey placed 3rd. This means they both will head to Regionals! Congratulations boys!

Kindergarten registration packets are available in our main office for anyone registering kindergarten students for the 2022-2023 school year!

Don't forget that tomorrow Jayenne Elementary is celebrating "TWOS-Day"! Wear your tutus, ties, and mismatched tennis shoes to school!

There has been a report of bed bugs at Jayenne Elementary School today. The affected classroom will be addressed and students removed until treatment. An exterminator has been contacted and reviewed the area. Treatment will occur over the weekend when no staff and students are present for an extended period of time.

Tomorrow for lunch, Jayenne Elementary will be having Pepperoni Rolls.

On Monday, February 7th, we will be having "Hat Day for United Way". Students are asked to make a $1.00 donation to help support the United Way of Marion County. All students who participate will be permitted to wear their hat during the school day. Thank you for your support!

A quick shoutout to our students that will be representing Jayenne Elementary at Math Field Day this year. Congratulations and Good Luck to Jaxon Denham, Rio Rohaly and Joey Olivito! You are going to do awesome!
