Congratulations to MCTC Pro Start, for placing 2nd in the Culinary category and Management! According to Mr. Stalnaker (Chef), the students are already excited and preparing for next year. All Culinary students reported that it was an honor to be on the podium- and that the competition as a whole was an exhilarating experience.
Chef said, "I am proud of all the kids, we've gotten podium a lot with this group; with lots of talent- they're going to be very hard to replace."
