“BEE Our Guest”… East Dale Elementary School’s PTO welcomed staff back to school by hosting a “Buzzing Back to School” Cookout.

"BEE" Respectful, "BEE" Responsible, & "BEE" Safe... Our Specialists collaborate with our school counselor to support and enhance social-emotional learning.

East Dale "Miners"... Our Professional Staff are "busy bees" mining the data from the West Virginia General Summative Assessment and iReady to assist them with addressing gaps in learning.

Earning Her Wings... Miss Alexander is "rolling her sleeves up" to learn the new, digital platform, WVEIS 2.0, which is the informational management system for West Virginia Public Schools.

Getting Ready for the "SWARM" of Learners... Miss Cramer deep cleans our cafeteria benches.

Making Our School "BEE-utiful"... Ms. Davis and Mr. Nichols clean our windows for an amazing view of our front lawn.

Returning to "The Nest"... Several of our "worker bees", Mrs. Ridenour & Mrs. Kellar {Photo #1}, and Mrs. Wilson {Photo #2} are buzzing about their classrooms making them "BEE-utifiul" for the opening of school on August 22, 2022 .

Ready to Roll to Help Our Neighbors in KY: Beginning Monday, August 8 through Thursday, August 18, 8-3, MCS will be “STUFFING THE BUS” with non-perishable items such as soap, shampoo, toiletries, canned foods, water and school supplies to take to flood victims in KY. STUFF THE BUS parked at EFMS, from 8 am to 3 pm.

Mrs. DeWitt and Mrs. Board are packing "Welcome To Our School" Backpacks for our Student Registration Day on Wednesday, August 3, 2022, from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm.

Buzzing By "The Hive"... Specialists, Mr. Fisher, Mr. Bragg, and Mrs. Nichols made "a beeline" to the school to meet with Mrs. Board concerning this year's schedule.

Although "school's out for summer", our Fourth Grade Team, Mrs. Cayton, Ms. Davis, Ms. Merendino, Mrs. Mullenax, and Mrs. Nazelrodt, has been going above and “BEE-yond” to plan for the upcoming year.

Need to enroll your learner? If so, East Dale Elementary School will be registering new learners from our attendance area on Wednesday, August 3, 2022, from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm on the Main Campus.

Although "school's out for summer", several of our Professional Staff have been "buzzing about" their classrooms getting them ready for August.

Our construction crew has been swarming the "To-Do" List on our new addition.
