The county-wide Marion County Literacy Fair and Student Art Exhibit is scheduled for Saturday, April 30th at the Marion County Board of Education Building (Old Armory) from 10 AM to 2 PM. Up, Up and Away to Nationals: East Fairmont Middle is sending two teams to 2022 American Rocketry Challenge National Finals Fly-off. EFMS has had at least one team qualify for the American Rocketry Challenge since 2018. As the world’s largest rocket contest with 5,000 students nationwide competing, it lets middle and high students design, build and launch model rockets by solving engineering problems.
