Kicking off a new opportunity for student leaders in Marion County Schools with the Chamber's Young Leader orientation for 10th graders from across MCS. They will learn of opportunities and programs in MC with the intent that what you know, you love and stay or return to grow.

How about the North Marion Husky Helpers doing their part to help their fellow students.

PBIS East Park Kick Off had POWER! Students made super hero behavior caps and EFHS Busy Bee Band welcomed the students as well as using East Park's fourth grade patrol to review character and super star student behavior.

We were "having a ball" at Fairview Elementary School's Open House. Many community members came out to participate. Special guests included the Fairmont State basketball team and Ozzie the reading dog with the Literacy Center.

Under the lights tonight, Marion County Schools shined in so many ways!

Great success begins now! 6th Grade Band Instrument Fitting Night for the Fairmont Junior Band Alliance (Rivesville and West Fairmont Middle). These students are super excited to get their instruments and make great music!

Welcoming students back and doing a "Getting to know you" activity in Ms. Hudson's class at East Fairmont High today. Students were given a hexagon to write, draw, create specific information in triangles. When completed, the class had to pair triangles without overlapping.
