This is a Bison Herd Alert: Parents, if you bring your child to school after 8:15, the building is locked and you will need to bring them to the front entrance of the building to be buzzed in. All late arrivals need to check in through the office. Arrivals after 8:20 are marked as tardy. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

This is a Bison Herd Alert: Students who wish to play a spring sport who have not participated in a sport yet this year, will need a sports physical before practice begins. The sports physical form can be found on our website for you to print. Thank you!

Feb. 7–11, 2022 Is National School Counselors Week. We would like to take a moment to focus our attention on the unique contribution of our counselor Sallie Minor. She has a tremendous impact on our students and helps them achieve success in and out of the classroom. Thank you Miss Minor!

This is a Bison Herd Alert: Hello, 4th grade families! Our NAEP Assessment for 4th grade has been rescheduled to Wednesday, March 2nd. Hopefully we won't have snowy weather next time! Informative parent letters were sent home with students last month, but you can also find it in LiveGrades or school Facebook page. Participation is voluntary, but strongly encouraged so NAEP can help policy makers improve education. Because this is a nationwide assessment, individual student scores or school results are not calculated, but more an overall, national measure of educational progress. Please reach out to the school if you have any questions or concerns regarding this assessment.

This is a Bison Herd Alert for Fourth Grade Parents: The NAEP assessment for 4th grade students is scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, Jan,. 25, 2022. Students will participate in this assessment if we attend school on a normal schedule. The assessment will be rescheduled for a later date if we have a delay/cancellation. Fourth grade students' reward day will be moved to Wednesday is they test tomorrow.

This is a Bison Herd Alert: Tomorrow will be a Blue and Gold Bison Pride Day to show support to one of our Bison families who lost so much in a house fire this morning. This is a Bison Herd Alert- Due to the announcement from Marion County Schools that we will dismiss 2 hours early today (Thursday Jan 6), our dismissal times will be as follows: Bus departure will begin at 1:06, Parent Pick up will begin at 1:12 and Walkers will be dismissed at 1:22. Thank you.
