We have now scheduled Sports Physicals and Immunization Clinics for all High Schools and Middle Schools thank you to the work of our Lead School Health Nurse Mandy Boylen.

1. The service will be provided through the Mobile Unit from the Health Department which will arrive at your school.  (communicate this information to your parents and student athletes)

2.  The physicals are provided through MVA free or charge

3. Schedule has been designed to not interfere with testing

Monongah Middle School - Thursday, May 8th - 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Barrackville Elementary/Middle School - Monday, May 12th - 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
