The WV Higher Education Policy Commission voted to approve an extension of the deadline to apply for the Promise Scholarship for the class of 2023 to May 1, 2023. The 2023 Promise application and 2023-2024 FAFSA must be filed by May 1, 2023. The academic requirements have not changed. Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements to qualify.
